You don’t have to carry it alone

"Grief is an extremely painful and lonely journey. When I lost my dad 3 years ago, my entire world was shaken. Nothing made sense, the new life I was living, my emotions, my racing thoughts and the whole new set of responsibilities that fell on our shoulders. I thought that surely if I'm going through this then the world will stop for me? But no, to my shock and despair it didn't. Everything and everyone seemed to be moving at record speed ahead of me.

3 years on I’ll never forget those initial days of trying to survive and staying sane. It doesn’t mean I have moved on now as I don’t believe in moving on from love. It just means I’m on steadier ground, adjusting better to this new normal and finding happiness again.

Everyone’s experience is different so I’m not going to say that I completely understand how you feel. But what I can do is hold your hand through this extremely difficult time and journey with you as you try to find your own steady ground.

The pain and loss is always going to be there and I wish I could take it away from us. But I’ve come to realise that life does get better and it won’t always stay dark. And I want that for you too 🤍

So I’m really glad you’re here and I truly hope that you find what it is that you’re looking for. Welcome to saaaral/சாரல் :)”

How we can work together

Community Events

Community events held both online and in-person, centring around Grief. We believe wholeheartedly in the concept of healing through conversations and community because that's where the magic and love lies.

1:1 Individual Support

A safe space tailored to your needs during a really difficult time. Virtual sessions where you can join from the comfort of your chosen environment. A dedicated time for you to talk through what you’re experiencing and to finally feel like someone understands you.

Corporate Workshops/Talks

Grief in the workplace is something we hope is addressed more. Workshops and talks help us bring this awareness into the workplace where more of it is needed.

Your questions, answered

Who can join your community events?

Our community events are open to everyone! We host a mix of online and in-person events and though they are centred around Grief, we’re happy for anyone to join even if you’re not directly impacted by it.

What is the discovery call for?

We have complimentary 20minute discovery calls for anyone who is interested to find out about our services. It gives you a good idea of what to expect before you commit. You can also use this call to ask any questions you have.

Must I sign up for a package or can I book individual sessions?

For our 1:1 Coaching, we encourage clients to book a set of 5 sessions as it ensures that we can work together with you for a set period of time. For our 1:1 Grief Support, it works on a single session basis. If you’re unsure which you prefer, do book a discovery call with us where we can find an option that works for you best!

Do you speak at events?

Yes we do! Please drop us a message with more details or check out our socials to see what we’ve done in the past.

What can we expect during a 1:1 support session?

Our 1:1 sessions are 1 hour each and they will be held virtually so you can join us from the comfort of your chosen environment. Sessions follow a structure of questions that will prompt you to reflect and share. And it is also completely a safe space for you to feel like you can talk about your loved one without any rush or judgement. The space is all yours :)
